Reckit, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information in connection with the use of The Summit app (the "App"), created for Forbes Travel Guide's event, The Summit, taking place in Monaco from February 25-28, 2025.

By using the App, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.

We collect the following personal information provided by users:

• Required Information: Name, email address, job title.
• Optional Information: Bio, social media handles, profile photos, and any other details voluntarily added to your profile.
• Event Registration Data: Information provided to Cvent during event registration, including your confirmation number.

We do not collect sensitive data such as payment details or passport information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is collected for the following purposes:

• Facilitating networking opportunities between event attendees.
• Providing personalized event agendas and improving your event experience.
• Enabling a photo-matching feature using facial recognition to help you identify event photos where you appear. This feature is entirely private; uploaded selfies are used solely for matching purposes and are not shared or displayed publicly.

3. Data Access and User Control

You have the right to:

• Access, edit, or delete your personal information through the App.
• Decline to upload additional information, such as profile photos or bios, if you prefer.

There are no marketing emails sent through the App, and all features are voluntary.

4. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your information:

• Only users with accounts registered via Cvent can access the App.
• Login requires the registered email address and either a one-time passcode sent to that email or the confirmation number from your event registration.
• Data is stored securely.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with third-party services except for basic Firebase analytics, which does not track user-level data.

6. Data Retention

• User data is retained only for the duration of the event and two weeks thereafter.
• After this period, the App will be disabled, and user data will no longer be accessible.

7. Legal Compliance

The App is designed for attendees of The Summit and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

• While the App does not claim compliance with GDPR or CCPA, we strive to respect users' privacy and data protection.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. Users will be notified through the App or by email. For any significant updates, we recommend reviewing the updated policy.
